Please note that all our products are made to order, and we run small batch productions. Requests for exchanges and refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange requests.

  • Exchanges:
    Twentysix products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Exchanges can only be made for another product in stock, or a store credit will be issued for future purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to our studio in Lagos. For the return address, please email us at hello@twentysix.co.

  • Cancellations and Order Changes:
    Once payment is made, the order fulfilment process begins immediately, and cancelled orders are not eligible for a refund. However, store credit will be provided for future purchases. If you need to change or cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours by emailing hello@twentysix.co.

  • Faulty Items:
    We only accept returns or offer refunds when an item is delivered faulty, and an exchange cannot be arranged.

  • Custom Orders:
    Please note that custom-made items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
